  1. Read-only by architecture

    ProductiveQ's connectors cannot write to source systems. Nothing is modified, moved or copied — reading is the only operation available to it.

  2. Metadata-first

    Your document content stays in your tenant. ProductiveQ works from metadata, structure and the diagrams you supply — owners, dates, versions, permissions, links.

  3. Never used to train anything

    Your data is never used to train anything — for us or for anyone else. What ProductiveQ reads about your organisation serves your diagnosis, and nothing else.

  4. Australian data residency

    ProductiveQ is built in Perth, Western Australia. Where your data lives is agreed with you before anything is read, Australian residency included, and is treated as seriously as what it contains. The public demonstration holds synthetic data only.

  5. Least-privilege access

    You scope what ProductiveQ can see, and it sees nothing more. Permissions metadata is handled at group level.

  6. Full audit trail

    Every finding and every decision is traceable, and decision history is append-only. If ProductiveQ shows you a number, you can open it up and see where it came from — and when.
