How ProductiveQ works.

ProductiveQ shows your management system as it is written down: functions, flowcharts and procedures, who is responsible at each step, and the documents and systems behind every step. The assets it manages are digital — documents, procedures, records and responsibilities. It reads them and never writes to them. The public demonstration uses synthetic data and opens without a login.

Explore the operating model. Follow one decision.

Open a function map, step into its process flows and the records behind each step, then follow one recorded decision from finding to verified benefit — seven stages, each showing what changed and which role acts next.

Recorded synthetic scenario. No customer data, live integrations or operational actions. The demonstration is a read-only replay.

Available in the public demo

15 function flows, searchable process views, evidence navigation, a seven-stage decision replay and role-based work queues.

Private deployment requires setup

Customer identity, permissions, data scope and operational acceptance must be configured and verified before customer use.

Customer integrations are proposed

Microsoft 365 and document-register connections are not enabled in this demonstration.

01

Connect

Customer connections are a proposed pilot capability. Microsoft 365 is the first source: a read-only, metadata-only connection that lists owners, dates, versions, permissions and links, and never opens or copies the documents themselves. Other document registers follow the same rule, subject to agreed scope, permissions and connector qualification.

The public demonstration has no customer connections. Its document records contain synthetic metadata; they are not copies of operational procedures or customer files.

02

Map

Your function map and process flowcharts become the interface. Click from a function to its flowchart, from a flowchart to a procedure, and from any step to the documents that govern it, the outputs it produces, the systems it touches and the roles that perform it.

Record a document revision and ProductiveQ shows what relied on the earlier version, so the steps and decisions that now need a look are flagged rather than discovered later. In the demonstration, all 15 functions open process flows; switch between Flowchart, Steps, Responsibilities and Documents.

03

Diagnose

Stale documents, and the steps governed by them. Orphaned documents no process references. Duplicates. Ownership gaps. Knowledge that routes through one role or one system. Documents open to everyone, to anyone with a link, or shared outside the organisation. Every finding decomposes to its evidence — no black-box score, ever.

A scan reports what it found and where. Where the evidence and calculation support a figure, the figure shows its native unit, period and assumptions. Where they don't, the finding stays visible as an open question rather than being treated as a healthy result.

OPPORTUNITY REGISTER HRS · FTE RE-SCAN Recorded synthetic decisions, measurements and value history

04

Improve

Every finding goes to the opportunity register, grouped by kind, with live decisions on top. A named approver takes each decision on the decision page or in their work queue: approve, or send it back with a reason. Nothing is undone quietly, and the history stays. The printable decision record carries the evidence, the approver and the time, and can be read by another application.

In the public demonstration, follow the seven-stage replay: Detect, Quantify, Recommend, Approve, Execute, Verify and Learn. Expected value, recorded actual cost and verified benefit keep separate classifications. Approvals, execution and measurements there are simulated; the browser does not execute work.

DIAGNOSTIC FAMILIES

What ProductiveQ looks for

Coverage depends on the available records and rules. Missing and uncomputed results remain explicit.

Stale documents past their review cycle, and the steps they govern

Orphaned documents no process references

Processes and steps with no governing document

Duplicate and competing sources of truth

Ownership gaps

Single points of knowledge: one role or system everything routes through

Over-exposed documents: open to everyone, to anyone with a link, or shared outside

Responsibilities that don’t match the written process

THE LINE IT HOLDS

Clear boundaries for customer systems

ProductiveQ supports a decision. It sets no limit and authorises no work. The public demonstration does not connect to customer systems or act on them, and your systems remain authoritative for their transactions.

Customer deployment requires configured identity and access, approved data scope and qualified integrations. Human approval and evidence remain part of the decision.

EVIDENCE DISCIPLINE

Every number opens up.

The decision demonstration exposes its evidence, value rate, recovery assumption, measurement period, baseline and actual cost. You can inspect the approval and value history, including a later expiry when sustainment evidence is missing. The figures are synthetic examples, not customer results or promised savings.
