PRIVACY

Privacy.

What this website collects, what its host records, and how ProductiveQ Pty Ltd handles a message you send us. Last updated 20 October 2026.

  1. This website collects nothing

productiveq.com sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and carries no tracking pixels or advertising scripts. There is no account to create and nothing is stored in your browser by us.

  2. The briefing form sends nothing

The form on the Contact page prepares a draft in your own email app. Nothing you type is transmitted to us by this website; it leaves your device only when you send the email yourself.

  3. What the host records

The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may record standard request logs (such as IP address, pages requested and browser type) to operate and secure the service, under Vercel’s privacy policy.

The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads, under Google’s privacy policy. We receive nothing from either request.

  4. A message you send us

If you email us, we keep your message and contact details to reply, arrange a briefing and follow up. We don’t sell them, share them with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to a mailing list. Tell us at any time and we’ll delete what we hold.

  5. The public demonstration

The demonstration linked from the Platform page runs on synthetic data, asks for no personal details and is hosted separately from this website. No customer data is held in it.

  6. Customer data in a deployment

How ProductiveQ treats a customer’s systems and data in a deployment is set out on the Security & data page and agreed in writing before anything is read. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

  7. Questions
