ABOUT PRODUCTIVEQ

ProductiveQ exists because organisations manage their physical assets with rigour and their knowledge assets with folders.

We built the discipline of asset management into software for the knowledge estate: map it, measure it, improve it, prove it — without ever taking custody of it.

FOUNDERS

Three disciplines, one platform.

HT

Howard Thomas

Co-founder, Asset Management & Performance

Howard makes the complex clear. A Chartered Professional Chemical Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia, he has spent his career in performance improvement — starting, developing and advising businesses rather than running them, and founding the asset-management consultancy TAM with a conviction that the knowledge economy will reward people for the value they add, not the hours they sit. He is in growing demand as a speaker and educator, and founded Carnegie Spirit in 2009 to promote sustainable ways for the advantaged to help those who aren't.

BS

Brad Stein

Co-founder, Commercial Strategy & Governance

Brad drives ProductiveQ's commercial strategy and governance — deployment, licensing and route-to-market across direct, private and white-label channels. Over twenty years he has started, owned and grown companies across property development, tech start-ups, engineering, recruitment and financial services, with deep experience in contract negotiation, private equity and M&A, and a reputation for open, transparent dealing with companies and investors worldwide. A former director of The Magic Coat for Kids, he backs work that equips children with practical mental-health tools.

US

Uzy Samorali

Founder, Product & Technology

Uzy builds systems that treat sensitive data with respect. He co-founded Ten Fish Labs, developing narrow AI systems that scan, classify, score and report on sensitive operational data without pushing client records into third-party models — the same philosophy that shapes ProductiveQ's read-only, metadata-first architecture. His ventures span design, outdoor media and cybersecurity — co-founder of Epico Outdoor Advertising, and at Cell Cyber Security he led training and product delivery, alongside industry-partner roles with Sites4Good and University Hall UWA.

Map it, measure it, improve it, prove it.
